We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so here is our simple return policy:

1. To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

2. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

3. Returns that do not meet the criteria outlined in rules 1 and 2 may receive a partial refund, depending on the condition of the product and the timing of the return.

4. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
